All Together was brought on as a design partner to help brand an adaptive mixed-use project in Downtown Evanston. The challenge- how do we design a brand that provides a graceful balance between old and new? We got to work, uncovering the legendary stories + features of the iconic Varsity Theater and Bookman’s Alley, pairing an aesthetic and messaging that honored the history of this place while capturing the modern amenities of the development.
