Engaging a Tribal Community around Resiliency

The Odawa Prosperity Project is a community-led initiative to identify economic priorities, understand the needs of the Tribal workforce, and create a prosperous pathway for the Little Traver Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Tribe’s (LTBB’s) future. Through a census (the first for the Tribe) and a series of popup events, All Together is connecting with hundreds of Tribal voices to share their vision for a resilient future and how cultural identity informs their worldview.

Part of our process included designing swag, such as tote bags, stickers and custom posters that celebrate this identity and serve as a call-to-action to participate. We also worked alongside Tribal artists to design custom jewelry and woodwork as raffle giveaways for respondents.
